Please note that both standard and custom mattresses are non-returnable. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it due to our narrow profit margins. If you need assistance in choosing the right mattress, please reach out to us, and we will be happy to help you find one that meets your needs. If your mattress arrives damaged, the manufacturer will repair or replace it if the mattress cannot be fixed, provided that the damage is noted at the time of delivery. If you find the mattress too firm or too soft, we can offer a topper at cost, with you covering both shipping and the cost of the topper. This ensures that you are satisfied with your purchase.
The following policies apply to adjustable beds and frames: They are non-returnable, and orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. The process of purchasing an adjustable bed or frame is straightforward. If the product arrives damaged, please note the issue at the time of delivery, and the manufacturer will repair or replace it if it cannot be fixed. If the adjustable bed encounters any issues after being set up in your house, the manufacturer will repair or replace it if it cannot be fixed. While this is a rare situation, you can be assured that we will take care of it.
If a customer rejects an undamaged product, which means that any physical damage must be to the product and not the box, the following fees apply: $250 plus a 20% restocking fee for standard size mattresses. If a standard adjustable bed is rejected without damage upon delivery, the fee is $600 per base plus a 20% restocking fee. Custom-made products, adjustable beds, bedding, and accessories are not returnable and non-cancelable once shipped. All mattress sales are final and cannot be returned or canceled once shipped.
