Manufacturing Process
There are several steps to creating a relaxing Kingship Comfort mattress. Once the right materials are acquired, they must be cut to size. The necessary size of the cover and the borders of the mattress are taken into account. The manufacturing process includes a sewing department, assembly of the mattress components, quality control, and then it's off to packaging.
Quality Control
Quality control starts even before mattress construction begins with manual inspection of each element used in the manufacturing process. Each Quality Control Specialist is trained to identify defects before the process begins. They examine the fabric, coils, foam and latex. Once the mattress is produced, QC goes back over the finished product to ensure it meets the high standards we have come to expect from Kingship Comfort.
